This course is suitable for those responsible for the rehabilitation of the workplace, including business owners, managers, quality representatives, and administrative staff responsible for performing internal audits and developing management systems.

- Presentation of the audit findings, including evaluation of audit results, reporting classifications, statement of deficiencies, structure of the audit report and feedback meeting.
